An allergy is what happens when your body detects a foreign substance it doesn’t like. Asthma is often triggered by allergies. Allergies come in 3 categories, contact, food or inhalant, inhalant being the most common. The 4 biggest airborne troublemakers are house dust, pollen, pet dander, and mold. Home Remedies – Age spots

If you’re not there yet, you will be! We thought only our grandmothers had these spots and now we see them on us! The horrors!

Here are some things you can try to fade them

Lemon juice: mildly acidic, so it may be strong enough to slough off the skin’s outer layer and remove or lighten age spots. Dab the juice of a fresh lemon on the spots at least twice a day

Grandma’s cottage

In my Grandmothers house, in an old cheap tin frame, there was a picture of a cottage. Perhaps in Old England, this cottage has a thatched roof, is surrounded by trees and greenery, has a brook running through the property and up to the cottage.
