1 1/2 cup(s) bisquick
2/3 cup(s) sugar
1/2 cup(s) milk
2 medium apple, peeled and sliced, about 2 cups
1 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
3/4 cup(s) packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon(s) ground cinnamon
1 cup(s) boiling water

Caramel Apple Cake Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350
  2. Mix Bisquick and sugar in medium bowl. Stir in milk until well blended
  3. Pour batter into ungreased 9x9 pan. Top with apples, sprinkle with lemon juice. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle over apples. Pour boiling water over apples
  4. Bake 50-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  5. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream
