| 2 cup(s) whipping cream |
| 2 cup(s) grated parmesan cheese |
| 1 pound(s) fettuccine |
| 1/8 teaspoon(s) salt |
| 1/8 teaspoon(s) pepper |
Creamy Fettuccine Alfredo Directions
- Place butter in a large heat proof bowl. Using electric mixer beat butter until smooth, Add cream and cheese, stir until well blended, set aside.
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to package directions. Drain well and immediately toss the hot pasta in the bowl with the butter mixture. Add salt and pepper. Serve!
- Can be garnished with shreds of basil leaves.
- Hint: reserve 1 cup of the pasta cooking water. If your fettuccine is a little too thick or
