| 1 cup(s) celery, chopped |
| ½ cup(s) green pepper, chopped |
| 1 jar diced pimento |
| ½ cup(s) mayonnaise |
| ⅓ cup(s) whipping cream |
| ¼ cup(s) sour cream |
| 3 tablespoon(s) sliced green onions |
| 2 tablespoon(s) minced parsley |
| 1 clove, garlic, minced |
| ¾ cup(s) cashews |
| 1 pinch(es) salt and pepper |
Creamy Cashew Chicken Salad Directions
- In a bowl combine chicken, celery, pepper, salt, and pimentos.
- In a blender combine all but the cashews, pour over chicken, fold in cashews, serve in lettuce bowls if desired
