| 1 teaspoon(s) dijon mustard |

| 1/2 cup(s) milk |
| 1/2 cup(s) flour |
| 1/2 cup(s) cornflake crumbs |
| 1 teaspoon(s) salt |
| 1/4 teaspoon(s) pepper |
| 1 chicken breast |
| 3 cup(s) oil, for frying |
| 3 cup(s) chopped romaine lettuce |
| 1/2 cup(s) chopped red cabbage |
| 1/2 cup(s) chopped napa cabbage |
| 1 carrot, shredded |
| 1 green onion, chopped |
| 1/4 cup(s) chopped cucumber |
| 1 tablespoon(s) sliced almonds |
Oriental Chicken Salad - Applebee's Directions
- Blend together honey, rice wine vinegar, mayo, dijon mustard and sesame oil. put in fridge til ready to use
- Preheat oil in a large saucepan over medium high heat. You want the oil at about 350 degrees
- In a small bowl beat the egg and milk together.
- In another bowl combine the flour, cornflake crumbs and salt and pepper.
- Cut chicken breast into several long thin strips. Dip the strips int he egg mixture, and then into the flour mixture, coating completely. Add chicken strips tot he hot oil
