1 1/2 tablespoon(s) rice wine vinegar
1/4 cup(s) mayo
1 teaspoon(s) dijon mustard
1/8 teaspoon(s) sesame oil
1 egg
1/2 cup(s) milk
1/2 cup(s) flour
1/2 cup(s) cornflake crumbs
1 teaspoon(s) salt
1/4 teaspoon(s) pepper
1 chicken breast
3 cup(s) oil, for frying
3 cup(s) chopped romaine lettuce
1/2 cup(s) chopped red cabbage
1/2 cup(s) chopped napa cabbage
1 carrot, shredded
1 green onion, chopped
1/4 cup(s) chopped cucumber
1 tablespoon(s) sliced almonds

Oriental Chicken Salad - Applebee's Directions

  1. Blend together honey, rice wine vinegar, mayo, dijon mustard and sesame oil. put in fridge til ready to use
  2. Preheat oil in a large saucepan over medium high heat. You want the oil at about 350 degrees
  3. In a small bowl beat the egg and milk together.
  4. In another bowl combine the flour, cornflake crumbs and salt and pepper.
  5. Cut chicken breast into several long thin strips. Dip the strips int he egg mixture, and then into the flour mixture, coating completely. Add chicken strips tot he hot oil
