| 2 cup(s) very stiff mashed potatoes |
| 2 cup(s) finely chopped fully cooked ham |
| 1 cup(s) shredded cheddar or swiss cheese |
| 1/3 cup(s) mayonnaise |
| 1 egg, beaten |
| 1 teaspoon(s) prepared mustard |
| 1/4 teaspoon(s) pepper |
| 3 tablespoon(s) flour |
| 1 3/4 cup(s) crushed cornflakes |
Crunchy Potato Balls Directions
- In a bowl combine the potatoes, ham, cheese, mayonnaise, egg, mustard and pepper, mix well
- Add enough of the flour to make a stiff mixture. Chill. Shape into 1 inch balls, roll in cornflakes
- Place on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes, serve hot
- Yield about 6 doz
