4 eggs
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
3/4 cup(s) sugar
3/4 cup(s) cake flour
1 teaspoon(s) baking powder
1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
1 cup(s) whipping cream
1/4 cup(s) sugar
1/2 teaspoon(s) vanilla
2 cup(s) fresh or frozen strawberries, cut up

Strawberry Cream Cake Roll Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat eggs and 1 tsp vanilla on high speed for 5 minutes or until lemon colored. Gradually add sugar, beating until dissolved.
  2. Comvine flour, baking powder and salt, fold gently into egg misture just until combined. Pour into a greased and waxed paper lined jelly roll pan.
  3. Spread batter evenly over pan. Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned.
  4. Turn out onto cloth that has been sprinkled with confectioners sugar. Peel off paper from cake, roll up cloth and cake
