Sweet Banana Bread
This is not the usual banana bread. This comes out more like a regular bread but with a sweet banana flavor. It's great with sweet spreads or if you're just looking for something usual

| 2 tablespoon(s) yeast |
| 3/4 cup(s) milk |
| 1/2 cup(s) sugar |
| 1/2 cup(s) butter |
| 2 eggs |
| 1 teaspoon(s) salt |
Sweet Banana Bread Directions
- In large bowl combine 2 cups of the flour and the yeast.
- In saucepan heat milk, sugar, butter and salt til warm, stirring constantly to melt the butter.
- Add to dry ingredients, mix well. Add 1 egg and 1 egg yolk, banana, mix well. Stir in enough more of the flour to make a moderately stiff dough. Turn out onto floured board and knead til smooth.
- Place in greased bowl, cover, let rise til double, about 1 hour.
- Punch down, divide in half, shape into 2 round loaves. Place on greased baking
