| 1 tablespoon(s) yeast |
| 1/4 cup(s) warm water |
| 2 tablespoon(s) sugar |

| 2 teaspoon(s) dill seed |

| 1 cup(s) cottage cheese, warm |

Dill Onion Bread Directions
- In saucepan, warm cottage cheese and butter, dill seed, onion, sugar, and salt just til butter is melted, stirring constantly.
- In bowl combine half of the flour, the yeast and baking soda, pour cottage cheese mixture over and mix well, add the egg.
- Add in enough flour, up to 3 cups to make a moderately soft dough, not too sticky. Cover and let rise til doubled
- Form into loaf and place in loaf pan. Cover, let rise, Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes. Remove from pan, butter top of loaf and
