| 1 cup(s) yellow corn meal |
| 1/4 cup(s) sugar |
| 4 teaspoon(s) baking powder |
| 3/4 teaspoon(s) salt |
| 2 eggs |
| 1 cup(s) milk |
| 1/4 cup(s) oil |
Corn Bread Directions
- Stir to combine all the dry ingredients, add eggs, milk, and oil. Beat until batter is smooth, but don't over mix.
- Bake in greased 9x9 baking pan at 425 for 20-25 minutes
- If you substitute 1 cup sour cream for the milk it will be an even moister corn bread
