| 2 cup(s) flour |
| 1 1/2 cup(s) sugar |
| 1/3 cup(s) packed brown sugar |
| 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
| 1 teaspoon(s) baking soda |
| 1 cup(s) chopped nuts |
| 20 ounce(s) crushed pineapple, do not drain |
| 1/2 cup(s) butter |
| 1/3 cup(s) sugar |
| 1/4 cup(s) milk |
| 1 cup(s) shredded coconut |
Lennie Jones Cake Directions
- Mix flour, 1 1/2 cup sugar, brown sugar, salt, baking soda, nuts and pineapple. Pour into greased 9x13 pan and bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until center is set.
- As soon as cake comes out of oven, in a small saucepan mix butter, 1/3 cup sugar and milk, boil 2 minutes
- While cake is still warm sprinkle with coconut and pour on topping. Let cool
- this can be served warm or cool, with whipped cream or plain. It's very moist and yummy
