| 8 1/4 ounce(s) can crushed pineapple |
| 1 white cake mix |
| 1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon |
| 11 ounce(s) can, mandarin oranges |
| 2 eggs |
| 1 1/2 cup(s) powdered sugar |
| 3 tablespoon(s) reserved pineapple juice |
Orange Pineapple Cake Directions
- heat oven to 350. Grease and flour a 12 cup tube pan.
- Reserve 3 Tbsp of pinapple juice for glaze.
- In large bowl, combine remaining pineapple and juice, with cake mix, cinnamon, oranges and eggs. Stir at low speed until moistened and mixed. Pour into prepared pan.
- Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan for 25 minutes then invert onto plate. cool completely
- In small bowl mix powdered sugar and reserved juice until smooth and spoon over cake
