2 tablespoon(s) yeast
1 cup(s) cold mashed potatos
1/2 cup(s) oil
2 teaspoon(s) salt
2 teaspoon(s) vanilla
1/2 teaspoon(s) baking soda
1/2 teaspoon(s) baking powder
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon(s) ground cinnamon
1 1/2 cup(s) warm milk
6 cup(s) flour
1 1/2 cup(s) sugar

  1. In a large mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in warm milk. Add potatos, 1/2 cup sugar, oil, salt, vanilla, baking soda, baking powder and eggs, mix well. Add enough flour form a soft dough.
  2. Place in a greased bowl, turning once to grease the top. Cover and let rise in a warm place until coubled, about 1 hour. Punch down, roll out on a floured surface to 1/2 inch thick. Cut with 3 inch doughnut cutter.
