| 1 tablespoon(s) yeast |
| 1/2 cup(s) warm water |
| 3 tablespoon(s) sugar |
| 3 1/2 cup(s) flour |
| 1/2 cup(s) warm milk |

| 3 tablespoon(s) butter, softened |

Chocolate Filled Doughnuts Directions
- In a bowl whisk yeast, 1/2 cup water and 1 tbs of the sugar til combined and yeast is dissolved. Let stand for 10 minutes
- In a large mixing bowl combine flour, milk, egg, egg yolk, salt, yeast mixture, and remaining 2 tbs sugar. Beat until combined. Add butter, beat til combined, dough will be sticky. Place dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover and chill in refrigerator for 8-12 hours
- On a well floured surface, roll dough to 1/2 inch thickness. Using a 2 1/2 inch round cutter, cut dough
