| 1/2 teaspoon(s) ground cloves |
| 4 teaspoon(s) celery seed |
| 4 teaspoon(s) mustard seed |
| 12 large Zucchini |
| 4 medium onions |
| 3 green peppers |
| 4 tablespoon(s) salt |
| 4 cup(s) water |
| 5 cup(s) sugar |
| 3 cup(s) cider vinager |
| 3 teaspoon(s) tumeric |
Sweet Zucchini Relish - Grandma Hardy's Directions
- Chop fine the zucchini, onions and green peppers. Sprinkle with the salt, add the water and boil for 15 minutes, then drain completely
- Add sugar, vinegar and spices and boil for 4 minutes stirring often.
- Place in jars and process for 20 minutes.
- Makes 4 - 5 quarts
