| 2 tablespoon(s) olive oil |
| 1 cup(s) chopped onions |
| 2 medium garlic cloves, chopped |
| 4 tablespoon(s) tomato paste |
| 1 cup(s) beef broth |
| 2 tablespoon(s) chili powder |
| 1 tablespoon(s) smoked paprika |
| 1/4 teaspoon(s) cumin |
| 1/4 teaspoon(s) dried oregano |
| 1/4 teaspoon(s) coriander |
| 1/2 teaspoon(s) your favorite hot sauce |
Enchilada sauce Directions
- Saute onions in oil over medium heat for 4 minutes or until translucent. Add garlic and saute for one minute. Add tomato paste and saute for an additional minute.
- Add all other ingredients and bring to a simmer and cook for about 5 minutes to blend flavors.
- with an emulsion blender or a blender, puree until smooth
- Yield: about 2 cups
