| 2 teaspoon(s) Worcestershire sauce |
| 2 teaspoon(s) fresh lemon juice or apple cider vinegar |
| 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) dried mustard |
| 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) hot sauce |
| 1 teaspoon(s) sugar |
| 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
| 1/4 teaspoon(s) pepper |
| 2 tablespoon(s) finely grated onion |
| 12 ounce(s) jar diced pinientos |
| 8 ounce(s) coarsely shredded extra sharp white cheddar cheese |
| 8 ounce(s) couarsely shredded sharp yellow cheddar cheese |
Pimiento Cheese Classic Directions
- Stir together first 9 ingredients in a meduim bowl until smooth.
- Stir in onion.
- Gold in piniento and cheeses
- Cover and chill 8 to 12 hours. Let stand at room temperature 30 min, and stir well before serving.
- Makes 3 1/2 cups
