| 1/2 cup(s) onion, minced |
| 2 tablespoon(s) butter |
| 4 ounce(s) can, diced green chilies |
| 1 cup(s) solid pack tomatos, drained, chopped |
| 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
| 1/2 pound(s) monterey jack cheese, cubed |
Green Chilies Dip Directions
- Cook onion in butter over medium heat about 5 minutes, stirring often.
- Stir in chilies, tomatoes, salt and a dash of pepper. Simmer until most of the liquid is gone. Stir in cheese, and continue stirring over low heat, until cheese is melted.
- Serve hot with corn chips or veggies
