| 1/4 cup(s) apricot preserves |
| 2 tablespoon(s) light corn syrup |
| 2 tablespoon(s) water |
| 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) white vinegar |
| 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) cornstarch |
| 1/2 teaspoon(s) soy sauce |
| 1/2 teaspoon(s) prepared mustard |
| 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt |
| 1/8 teaspoon(s) garlic powder |
Sweet and Sour sauce for dipping Directions
- Puree all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Bring mixture to boil in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
- Pour into a sealable container, cover, keep refrigerated
- Yield: almost 1 cup
