| 1 3.4 oz pkg, instant vanilla pudding mix |
| 2 tablespoon(s) yeast |
| 1/2 cup(s) warm water |
| 10 tablespoon(s) butter, melted, divided |
| 2 eggs |
| 2 tablespoon(s) sugar |
| 1 teaspoon(s) salt |
| 6 cup(s) flour |
| 1/2 cup(s) packed brown sugar |
| 1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon |
| 1 cup(s) packed brown sugar |
| 1/2 cup(s) heavy whipping cream |
| 1/2 cup(s) butter, cubed |
| 2 cup(s) powdered sugar |
Vanilla Cinnamon Rolls Directions
- In a bowl, whisk milk and pugging mix for 2 minutes, set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl dissolve yeast in warm water. Add 1/2 cup melted butter, eggs, sugar, salt and 2 cups flour, beat for 3 minutes. Add pudding, beat til smooth. Stir in enough remaining flour to form a soft dough, dough will be a bit sticky
- Turn onto a floured surface, knead until smooth and elastic, about 6-8 minutes. Place in a greased bowl, turning once to coat the top. Cover and let rise in a warm place utnil doubled
