| 1 pkg, 10 oz, corn chips, slightly crushed and divided |
| 1 cup(s) unsalted peanuts, divided |
| 1 cup(s) light corn syrup |
| 1 cup(s) sugar |
| 1 cup(s) peanut butter |
| 1/2 cup(s) milk chocolate chips, melted |
Salty Peanut Squares Directions
- Place half of the corn ships and peanuts in a greased 13x9x2 inch pan, set aside
- In a saucepan, bring the corn syrup and sugar to a boil. Stir in peanut butter until blended. Drizzle half over corn chip mixture in pan
- Add remaining corn chips and peanuts to remaining syrup, stir til combined. Spoon over mixture in pan, press down lightly. Drizzle with melted chocolate
- Cool, cut into bars
- Yield: 2 dz
