| 1 cup(s) flour |
| 1/3 cup(s) butter, softened |
| 1/4 cup(s) powdered sugar |
| 1 cup(s) sugar |
| 2 eggs |
| 2 tablespoon(s) flour |
| 2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice |
| 1/2 teaspoon(s) lemon extract |
| 1/2 teaspoon(s) baking powder |
| 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt |
Lemon Bars Directions
- Combine 1 cup flour, butter and 1/4 cup powdered sugar and pat into an 8 inch square baking pan.
- Bake at 350 for 15 minutes
- For topping: comine sugar, eggs 2 tbs flour lemon juice and extract, baking powder and salt. Mix until frothy, pour over crust
- Bake at 350 for 18-22 mintues or until light golden brown.
- Cool, dust with powdered sugar
- Yield 9 servings
