1/2 cup(s) caramel sauce, divided
10 tablespoon(s) butter, softened
1 cup(s) sugar
4 eggs, divided
1 3/4 cup(s) flour
3/4 teaspoon(s) baking powder
3/4 teaspoon(s) baking soda
1/3 cup(s) cocoa powder
1 1/4 cup(s) buttermilk
12 ounce(s) evaporated milk
14 ounce(s) sweetened condensed milk
4 ounce(s) cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon(s) vanilla
1/4 cup(s) chopped pecans

Chocoflan Directions

  1. Put oven rack in the middle of oven, preheat to 350
  2. Coat a bundt pan with butter, then coat the bottom with 1/4 cup caramel sauce and put it in a large roasting pan. The roasting pan will serve as a water bath during baking
  3. Add butter and sugar to a bowl, beat until light and fluffy, then beat in 1 egg. Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and cocoa in a medium bowl. Beat 1/3 of the flour mixture and 1/2 of the buttermilk into the egg mixture, repeat until all is mixed well
  4. In a
