- Dissolve yeast into warm water, add milk, sugar, eggs, melted butter and salt.
- Stir well. Add enough flour, up to 7 cups to make a soft dough. Mix well after each cup of flour and knead for a few minutes. Remember that this is a soft dough, it's better to have it a little sticky than too stiff. Altitude and humidity can make a difference in how much flour you need. You can add flour as you need to keep it from being too sticky.
