| 1/2 pound(s) sausage |
| 1 cup(s) sliced yellow onions |
| 1/2 cup(s) sliced red peppers |
| 1/2 cup(s) sliced green peppers |
| 2 tablespoon(s) minced garlic |
| 1 teaspoon(s) italian seasoning |
| 1/2 pound(s) sliced ham |
| 1/4 pound(s) sliced pepperoni or salami |
| 1/2 cup(s) sliced black olives |
| 2 cup(s) grated provolone |
| 2 cup(s) grated mozzarella |
| 1 egg, beaten |
| 1 cup(s) grated parmesan |
Stromboli Directions
- Make up 1 recipe of Grandma Hardy's pizza dough as directed.
- Cook the sausage and pepper and onions if desired just until soft in a skillet. Remove from heat and cool.
- The list of ingredients is just a suggestion, basically anything you would put on a pizza can be put in a stromboli, have fun with it!
- Divide the pizza dough in half, roll each half into a rectangle. Spread the fillings over the dough leaving about a 1 inch border. Egg wash 1 long edge and roll it all up from the unwashed edge
