| 2 cup(s) sugar |
| 2 eggs |
| 2 teaspoon(s) vanilla |
| 2 cup(s) flour |
| ¾ cup(s) unsweetened cocoa |
| 1 teaspoon(s) baking soda |
| ½ teaspoon(s) salt |
| 12 ounce(s) peanut butter chips or chocolate chips |
Chewy Chocolate Cookies Directions
- Cream butter and sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla, beat well. Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt, blend into creamed mixture. Stir in peanut butter chips
- Drop by teaspoonfuls onto baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes
- Cookies will puff and then flatten as they cool
- Yield about 4 1/2 dz
