1 ½ cup(s) sugar
2 ¾ cup(s) flour
2 teaspoon(s) cream of tartar
2 eggs
1 mL baking soda
¼ teaspoon(s) salt
½ cup(s) sugar
3 teaspoon(s) cinnamon

Snickerdoodles Directions

Mix butter, 1 1/2 cup sugar and eggs. Blend in flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt. Shape into 1 inch balls.
Mix cinnamon and 1/2 cup sugar, roll balls in mixture. Place about 2 inches apart on baking sheet
Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes
Yield about 6 dz
