| 1/3 cup(s) powdered sugar |
| 1 cup(s) butter, softened |
| 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla |
| 1 egg, beaten |

| 3 teaspoon(s) grated lemon peel |
| 1 teaspoon(s) corn starch |
| 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt |
| 3 tablespoon(s) lemon juice |

Lemon Tea Cookies Directions
- In medium bowl combine flour 1/3 cup powdered sugar, butter and vanilla. Blend well. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes to make it easier to handle
- Heat oven to 350. shape dough into 1 inch balls. Place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet. Make a thumbprint in the center of each ball. Bake for 8 - 10 minutes. Remove from pan and cool completely
- In medium saucepan, combine egg, sugar, lemon peel, cornstarch, salt, lemon juice and butter.?Cook over low heat until smooth and thickened
