| 1/4 teaspoon(s) baking soda |
| 1/4 cup(s) shortening |
| 1 cup(s) sugar |
| 2 teaspoon(s) salt |

Sour Cream Cinnamon Rolls Directions
- Place sour cream in a small saucepan, add shortening and stir til melted. As soon as its melted remove from heat.
- Add sugar, salt, baking soda, blend well and cool to luke warm. Meanwhile add yeast to warm water and stir well
- Put mixture in a bowl or a large mixer like a bosch, which I love! Add yeast mixture, eggs and flour mixing well as you go. You can add enough flour til the dough is only slightly sticky or if using a Bosch until it just cleans off the sides of the bowl.
