Dinner Rolls - Loys Directions
- In a large bowl or better yet a Bosch mixer, combine milk, yeast, sugar and about 4 cups of flour to make a sponge. Let the mix sit about 5 minutes, you should be able to see small bubbles rising to the surface.
- Add eggs, melted butter and salt, mix well. Add enough flour to make a mildly sticky dough, that may be more or less than the 10 cup total.
