| 1 can (7oz) whole green chilies |
| 3/4 pound(s) ground beef |
| 1/4 cup(s) chopped onion |
| 1 cup(s) milk |
| 4 eggs |
| 1/4 cup(s) flour |
| 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt |
| 1/8 teaspoon(s) pepper |
Chili Rellenos Casserole Directions
- Split chilies and remove seeds, dry on paper towels. Arrange chilies on the bottom of a greased 2 qt baking dish. Top with cheese. In a skillet brown beef and onion, drain. Spoon over cheese. In a mixing bowl, beat milk, eggs, flour, salt and pepper until smooth, pour over beef mixture.
- Bake uncovered at 350 for 45 - 50 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving
