Honey Teriyaki Chicken over Noodles Directions
- Cut chicken into 2 inch squares, larger or smaller depending on your taste, you'll just have to adjust cooking times a bit.
- Mix together the flour, salt and pepper. Beat the eggs, add just a little bit of water.
- Dip chicken into eggs, then the flour.
- Heat oil in a wide frying pan. I use a cast iron pan, it gets hot and heats evenly. Test if oil is up to frying temperature by dropping a pinch of flour into the oil. The flour should sizzle and float to the top. When oil is hot, fry the chicken in
