Whipped Cream Mousse Frosting Directions
- Beat the cream, pudding mix, milk and vanilla together with an electric hand mixer in a large bowl until soft peaks start to form. When the mixer is lifter the mixture will form soft mounds
- fold in the cool whip and mix well
- Refrigerate til ready to use
