| 3 tablespoon(s) honey |
| 1 tablespoon(s) vanilla |
| 1/4 teaspoon(s) baking soda |
| 1 pinch(es) salt |
| 1/2 cup(s) mini semi sweet chocolate chips |
Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Mini Muffins - flourless Directions
- Preheat oven to 400
- spray mini muffin pan with pam
- Add to blender all ingredients but the chocolate chips
- using a small cookie scoop or tablespoon fill muffin pan, each cavity should be 3/4 full
- Bake for 8-9 min or until tops are set, domed and springy to touch
- Cool in pans for 10-15 min or until they are firm enough to handle
- Store in airtight container
