  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) baking powder
  • 1/4 cup(s) chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup(s) white chocolate chips
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) baking soda
  • 1/3 cup(s) butter, melted
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1 cup(s) packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup(s) flour
  • 1 tablespoon(s) vanilla

Applebee's Walnut Blondie with Maple Butter Sauce Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Combine the dry ingredients together and sift twice
  3. Add nuts to flour mixture
  4. Add brown sugar to melted butter and mix well
  5. Add egg and vanilla extract to butter, mix well
  6. Add flour mixture a little at a time until mixed well
  7. Stir in white chocolate chips
  8. Spead dough into a 9 inch pan
  9. Bake for 20-25
  10. Serve warm with ice cream and maple butter sauce
  11. To make the Maple Butter sauce
  12. In a saucepan add 3/4 C Real Maple syrup and 1/2 C butter, cook over low heat until butter is melted. Next stir in 3/4 C brown sugar until completely disolved, add walnuts if desired
