  • 2 pkgs filo cups (15 in each pkg)
  • 1/4 cup(s) finely diced onions
  • 1/2 cup(s) finely diced mushrooms
  • 1 pound(s) sausage
  • 8 ounce(s) cream cheese

Stuffed Mushroom Cups Directions

  1. Brown sausage over medium heat on the stove. About halfway through cooking add diced mushrooms and onions
  2. Turn off heat, add cream cheese to sausage mix, stirring until mixture is consistent throughout
  3. Stuff mixture into filo cups, filling as full as possible
  4. Place filled cups in baking dish, bake at 350, 15-20 min
  5. These can be refrigerated for several hours before baking
  6.  
  7. This recipe can also be used for stuffed mushroom caps, just used the stems of the mushrooms finely diced and instead of filling filo cups fill the caps
