  • 2 tablespoon(s) sugar
  • 1 cup(s) flour
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1/2 cup(s) milk
  • 1/3 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1 cup(s) corn

Corn Fritters Directions

  1. Combine eggs and milk. Add dry ingredients. Mix until smooth. Add corn, season with salt and pepper and mix well
  2. Drop by tsp into fat and fry until golden brown
  3. You can use leftover corn on the cob, canned or bottled corn.
  4. You can add diced green chilis, onions, green peppers, be creative!
