- 2 tablespoon(s) sugar
- 1 cup(s) flour
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1/2 cup(s) milk
- 1/3 teaspoon(s) salt
Corn Fritters Directions
- Combine eggs and milk. Add dry ingredients. Mix until smooth. Add corn, season with salt and pepper and mix well
- Drop by tsp into fat and fry until golden brown
- You can use leftover corn on the cob, canned or bottled corn.
- You can add diced green chilis, onions, green peppers, be creative!
