Recipe

  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 cup(s) very stiff mashed potatoes
  • 1 3/4 cup(s) crushed cornflakes
  • 1 teaspoon(s) prepared mustard
  • 2 cup(s) finely chopped fully cooked ham
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) pepper
  • 1 cup(s) shredded cheddar or swiss cheese
  • 3 tablespoon(s) flour
  • 1/3 cup(s) mayonnaise

Crunchy Potato Balls Directions

  1. In a bowl combine the potatoes, ham, cheese, mayonnaise, egg, mustard and pepper, mix well
  2. Add enough of the flour to make a stiff mixture. Chill. Shape into 1 inch balls, roll in cornflakes
  3. Place on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes, serve hot
  4. Yield about 6 doz
