1 yellow cake mix
10 ounce(s) of canned lemon or vanilla pudding
1 jar chocolate fudge topping

Mock Eclairs Directions

  1. Mix and bake cake as directed on box in a 13x9 pan.
  2. Cool cake completely, cut into 16 4 1/2 x 1 1/2 inch pieces. Cut each piece in half lengthwise.
  3. Spread 1 tbls of pudding between split cake pieces and top with chocolate fudge topping. Store in fridge
  4. You can also make a boxed pudding instead of using the canned, or you can use a sweetened whipped cream
