1/4 cup(s) sugar
1/2 teaspoon(s) maple flavoring
1 cup(s) water
2 cup(s) sugar
1/2 teaspoon(s) maple flavoring

Maple syrup - thick or thin Directions

  1. Read these directions completely, then choose how you want to make your syrup!
  2. For thick syrup - combine 2 tbl water, 1 1/2 c corn syrup, 1/4 c sugar, and 1/2 tsp maple flavoring. Boil for 2 minutes, serve hot, can be stored for some time in the fridge
  3. For thin syrup - combine 1 c water, 2 c sugar and 1/2 tsp maple flavoring. Heat to melt sugar and serve hot, can also be stored in the fridge
