  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
  • 6 tablespoon(s) butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup(s) thinly sliced fresh strawberries
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) baking powder
  • 1 lg egg
  • 2 tablespoon(s) sugar
  • 1/2 cup(s) white chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup(s) sugar
  • 1/2 cup(s) strawberries, pureed
  • 1 1/4 cup(s) flour
  • 1/2 cup(s) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup(s) butter, softened
  • 9 graham cracker sheets, crushed
  • 4 ounce(s) cream cheese, softened

Strawberries and Cream Magic Bars Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 9x13 pan with Pam and set aside
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the graham crackers, the 6 Tbls of melted butter and the 2 Tbls of sugar. Press into the bottom of the pan
  3. In a different bowl, mix together 1 1/4 C flour, slat and baking powder, set aside
  4. Beat together 3/4 C of sugar and 1/2 C softened butter until creamy, about two minutes.
  5. Add in the egg and then the vanilla until just combined. slowly add in the flour mixture utnil it is fully combined
  6. Very carefully spread the cookie dough mixture on top of the graham cracker crust. The easiet way to do this is to make small mounds, flatten it in your hands and set it on the crust. You may not be able to completely cover the crust and that's ok
  7. Beat together the cream cheese and the 1/2C pureed strawberries. Spread evenly over the cookie dough
  8. Evenly spread the 1/2 C sliced strawberries over the cream cheese layer. Top with the white chocolate chips and then evenly cover with the sweetened condensed milk.
  9. Bake for 30 min
  10. Refrigerate over night before slicing
  11. Store in the fridge
